Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (sales, new launches, holidays), processing times may extend to 3 business days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States (domestic) and Mexico (international).


United States Shipping

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Mexico Shipping

International Standard 7–14 business days after processing

Delivery to Mexico typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. Delays due to customs inspection are outside our control and may extend delivery times.


Duties, Taxes, and Customs (Mexico Orders)

Mila ships to Mexico on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means:

  • The purchase price and shipping fee collected at checkout do not include Mexican import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • Any duties or taxes assessed by Mexican customs authorities are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon or before delivery.
  • If you refuse delivery due to duties or taxes, we are unable to issue a refund for the original order.

We recommend checking with Mexican customs (sat.gob.mx) for current import duty rates on apparel before placing your order.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@milalosangeles.com with your order number.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost packages: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and any safe delivery locations.
  2. Wait 2 additional business days — carriers occasionally mark items as delivered before the final delivery attempt.
  3. Contact us at support@milalosangeles.com if the package is still missing.

We will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the marked delivery date.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Mila is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs clearance, or other events outside our control.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing an order, contact us at support@milalosangeles.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to make the correction, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
